This site is hosted by Netlify and enquiry emails go to a Google mailbox, both outside Madagascar.

No tracking, no cookies, no analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while we are in contact.

Who else sees it

Your message arrives in an ordinary email inbox.

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.

If a request is not handled properly

You may refer a personal-data request to the CMIL in Madagascar, or to your own national authority in the EU.

Payment is handled by an external provider. We never see your card details.

Delivery

Files are delivered by download link immediately after payment.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase.

Faulty or misdescribed files

We will repair, replace or refund a file that will not open or does not match its description.

What you may do with the files

A purchase licenses the files to one organization for its own internal use.
